Records sought
- Current and superseded ALPR/LPR policies, general orders, standard operating procedures, privacy policies, retention schedules, field guides, training materials, audit procedures, and policy-revision or approval records.
- Annual ALPR/LPR practice and usage reports, attachments, corrections, and related correspondence prepared or submitted under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-3206.
- All contracts, subscription agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, amendments, renewals, invoices, payment records, grant applications, grant awards, procurement records, bid materials, vendor proposals, and vendor correspondence concerning ALPR/LPR equipment or services.
- Current and historical equipment inventory, including vendor, model, asset or system identifier, fixed or mobile designation, assigned vehicle or installation location, and installation, removal, replacement, or reassignment dates.
- For fixed installations, all existing site-location records in the most specific non-exempt form maintained by the city.
- Existing aggregate or de-identified reports, dashboards, exports, and statistics concerning ALPR/LPR scans, alerts, matches, queries, user access, exports, retention/deletion, and information sharing.
- All memoranda of understanding, data-sharing agreements, access agreements, interagency correspondence, and system-integration records concerning ALPR/LPR information.
- Complaints, internal reviews, misuse investigations, discipline or corrective-action records, and audit findings concerning ALPR/LPR access, use, dissemination, retention, or sharing.
