Records sought

• All ALPR/LPR policies, directives, standard operating procedures, privacy policies, retention schedules, training materials, and audit procedures.
• All annual ALPR/LPR practice and usage reports, attachments, corrections, and related correspondence prepared or submitted under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-3206, including any statewide or regional aggregate reports.
• All contracts, interagency agreements, memoranda of understanding, statements of work, purchase orders, amendments, renewals, invoices, payment records, grant records, and vendor correspondence concerning ALPR/LPR equipment, software, or services.
• All records identifying agencies required or expected to submit § 60-3206 annual reports, including reporting rosters, tracking spreadsheets, compliance lists, submission logs, or records showing whether specific agencies filed reports.
• All right-of-way agreements, permits, site-selection records, site plans, installation work orders, and maintenance responsibility records for ALPR/LPR units on state highway right-of-way, including agreements with local agencies.
• All instructions, templates, guidance, data dictionaries, policy guidance, training materials, interpretation memoranda, or reporting requirements relating to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-3206.
• All records reflecting the agency's treatment, review, storage, publication, or disclosure of ALPR/LPR reports, including any determinations concerning confidentiality, redaction, or public availability.
• All existing aggregate or de-identified statewide or regional ALPR/LPR reports, analyses, summaries, presentations, audits, or compliance reviews.
