LCSO denied KOLN 10/11 reporter Madison Pitsch's request (received 09/15) for records identifying the brand and model of Motorola ALPR cameras, citing § 84-712.05(5). On the same date LCSO denied QCN-NE-2026-002 (Jeff Geiger) on specificity grounds. LCSO used two different statutory bases to deny contemporaneous requests from different requesters on the same day while simultaneously cooperating with 10/11's published story.
