- All County Board agendas, agenda packets, minutes, resolutions, motions, public presentations, staff reports, exhibits, meeting recordings or links, and correspondence concerning ALPR/LPR systems, services, data, deployment, funding, policy, privacy, or interagency access.
- All executed contracts, interlocal agreements, memoranda of understanding, statements of work, amendments, renewals, purchase orders, procurement records, bids, proposals, sole-source justifications, invoices, payment vouchers, claims, grant records, and budget records concerning ALPR/LPR systems or services.
- All agreements and supporting materials involving the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the installation, operation, maintenance, or removal of ALPR/LPR equipment on state highway right-of-way, including all amendments, site maps, correspondence, approvals, and related County Board records.
- All County Board or Clerk records concerning ALPR/LPR policies, privacy policies, retention practices, audits, public complaints, legal analyses, risk assessments, data-sharing arrangements, or reporting under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-3206.
- All records showing payments, approved expenditures, appropriations, grant funds, reimbursement requests, or recurring costs for ALPR/LPR programs.
