• Current and superseded ALPR/LPR policies, privacy policies, directives, standard operating procedures, field guides, retention schedules, training materials, audit procedures, and policy-revision records.
• All annual ALPR/LPR practice and usage reports, attachments, corrections, and related correspondence submitted under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-3206.
• All contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, quotes, bids, procurement records, amendments, renewals, invoices, payment records, grants, and vendor correspondence concerning ALPR/LPR systems or services.
• Records related to any mobile license-plate-recognition or ALPR/LPR procurement, installation, maintenance, vehicle assignment, device commissioning, or replacement.
• Current and historical inventory of all ALPR/LPR equipment, including vendor, model, serial number or asset identifier, fixed/mobile designation, vehicle/unit assignment or installation location, and installation, removal, or reassignment dates.
• Records concerning ALPR/LPR installation, operation, or maintenance on Nebraska Department of Transportation right-of-way, including executed agreements, applications, site plans, maps, approvals, work orders, and maintenance responsibility records.
• Existing aggregate or de-identified reports, dashboards, exports, audit records, and statistics concerning ALPR/LPR scans, alerts, matches, queries, user access, exports, retention/deletion, and audit/compliance review.
• Data-sharing, access, or memorandum-of-understanding records involving ALPR/LPR information and other agencies, county offices, or private vendors.
• Complaints, misuse investigations, compliance reviews, audit findings, corrective actions, and disciplinary records concerning ALPR/LPR use, access, dissemination, or retention.
